Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:

• I will ask for half of the commission fee up front and the other half when the work is finished, just before I send the final image to you. If this plan doesn't work for you, it is negotiable.
• You may repost your commissioned artwork on social media as you please. You must give appropriate credit to me, including a link to my website, in your post.
• However, you may not allow other people to repost your commission without my explicit consent.
• You may use commissioned work in personal projects, such as a video showcasing music you've written. Again, you must credit me and include a link to my website. If you intend to monetize the project, please discuss it with me before commissioning.
• You may not sell items with my work on them without my consent. If you intend to do so, please discuss it with me before commissioning.
• You may not feature my work on anything intended to promote a political cause without my consent. Again, please discuss it with me before commissioning if you intend to do so.
• Once I have a rough sketch finished, I will send it to you to make sure you approve. This is your last chance to change your mind about commissioning me. Once you give me the okay to continue, you will not be able to ask for a refund.
• That being said, I have a busy schedule and trouble with executive functioning. If I am unable to finish a commission, I will let you know and give you a full refund.
• Likewise, I will not work with deadlines. If you need something done quicky, I am probably not your guy.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
